How it works
This test used CO2 induced fire foam to transport the foam from the storage cell to the tank. With the Freedom Tool, the fire foam never travels through 1600 to 2000 degree temperatures, where it would lose effectiveness before it is applied.
Larger tanks use the same configuration, scaled to the respective tank size, including floating top tanks.

The original design and patent was filed in 1990, before terms like “Volatile Organic Compounds” and “Greenhouse Gas” were commonly used. It was created for only one function, but because it works in the flash zone it has evolved into a multi-functional tool.
The Freedom Tool is the only tool on the market that floats inside the tank and, with zero moving parts, skims from the surface and enables operators to pump into and out of the tank, treat bad oil so it can be sold, and deliver fire foam inside the tank.

A Type I outlet, which delivers foam gently onto the liquid surface without submerging or stirring it. Compatible with all fire foam types, with no moving parts. Foam is delivered internally in a 360 degree pattern.
